Once you get the above message, then there is no need going to the next step, because your sim is not eligible.
*Next, you purchase a recharge card of N200 and recharge in this format *143*RECHARGE PIN#, and you will be credited with 4.6gb to browse, download and surf on any website of your choice.
Note-: Do not recharge with bank, topup Africa, or any online method of recharge, buy from any recharge card selling point, and recharge in the format above.
